There is no better feeling than being able to guide someone to a point that they never imagined being at physically. Not only does training allow you to help someone develop physiologically but mentally as well. From being more disciplined, to feeling more confident, training allows you to completely change someone's life inside and out. Whether it's helping athletes reach the next level, helping Moms and Dads have energy to play with their kids, or just helping someone be the strongest version of themselves, training gives me a sense of fulfillment that never gets old. I believe that the potential to achieve any desired health and fitness goal lies within each and every individual. In order to help validate this belief and draw out this ability in each person I have put together the following 3 step strategy: 1. Redefine your mindset, 2. Optimize your nutrition, and 3. Enhance your workout, formulated from the many years of experience I have within the fitness industry. I tailor this personalized approach where needed across every training variant that I offer both online and in the gym.

Whether it’s your first time at the gym, or you’re a collegiate athlete, I pull from my extensive research and knowledge to give you the roadmap toward your goals. Inclusivity also means that all races, genders, ages, and sizes are welcome. I’m here to make the gym a safe space for you, whoever you are.

Rachel Cromm has a masters degree in exercise physiology, Rachel specializes in working with a wide variety of people— from weight loss to muscular hypertrophy to general fitness, Rachel has the experience and education to help you achieve your goals.

Guiding clients of all backgrounds to achieve their fitness or athletic goals through personal personalized programming and a client-centered approach to prioritize the individuals' goals and needs.



Scott Strength

Eric Scott

At Scott Strength we specialize in both online and in-person individualized strength programming and nutrition services ranging from beginner to the elite athlete. It is our goal to help build self-confidence and empower our athletes both inside and outside of the gym.


Sports Performance

Eric is a corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine NASM. The role as a CES is to help a client move more freely, with less pain, and more efficiently. With this specialization we focus on preventative exercise, flexibility, mobility and help a client better understand their own specific movement patterns


Sports Performance

Eric holds a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine NASM). The role as a PES is to improve the performance of an athlete within their respective discipline. We work with youth to college athletes in this specific regard.


Nutrition Support
We are certified Fitness Nutrition Specialists (FNS) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as a Level 1 certification through Precision Nutrition (Pn1). We specialize in macronutrient-based nutrition programs for all fitness levels and age groups.


Fascial Stretch Therapy

Eric is a practitioner as a Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). He received his training, and completed his practical work through Ann and Chris Frederick via the Stretch to Win Institute in Arizona. This service is performed in-person..


Contest Prep Services

We lead clients through off-season prioritization, which leads to contest preparation. The goal of the former is muscle building and recovery and the latter is muscle preservation and show ready shape. We have competed at the state, national, international, and world level. Also, we have been a head judge for six different professional and amateur federations since 2011 across the United States.

Nicole is the co-owner of Scott Strength, LLC. Nicole is a fitness trainer, certified nutrition coach, and former college athlete passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.


Whether you're a beginner looking to kickstart your fitness journey, an athlete aiming to improve performance, a competitive natural bodybuilder or someone seeking to enhance their overall health, Nicole is here to help you every step of the way.
